There’s been rumors for decades about sulfur blocks helping reduce ticks on cattle and other critters.  I’ve tried them and never seen obvious results.  I’ve Googled the subject and haven’t found any research that supports the claims.  However, that doesn’t mean sulfur doesn’t help remove ticks.  However, if it does it’s not well documented.
