How do I start a hunting show?

I am currently starting up my own online hunting show (masterharvesters.weebly.com). I have watched your show for over a year now and have greatly enjoyed the content and quality. If you would please share some of the things that have helped you develop to where you are as a show now, and give me some direction on how to improve my capabilities in any way I would be very grateful.

I simply used the web to share my passion. I’ve been a wildlife biologist for 25 years. I enjoy sharing information that will help others enjoy hunting and managing deer and turkey.
You should know that I’ve never edited one minute of our footage. I rarely run the camera, etc. I do what God built me to do (communicate technical information in an easy to understand format) and let our team members do what they do best. We all trust and count on each other. Be part of a team that works hard, trust each other, and helps each other is a winning combination! I’m very thankful for each member of our team!
