I wear prescription glasses with progressive lens and can’t focus on the target and pin without moving my head.  So I set up my bow (peep site, etc.) so my head is slanted to see through the portion of my progressive lens at a distance.  I focus on what I want to hit and simply line up the appropriate blurry pin.  This technique works well for me.  I’m basically looking through the pin to the target.  I hope this technique works for you!
