What happened to Pumpkin Face?

What happened to I believe his name was pumpkin face? If I remember right he was exposed to be 4 this year an on the hit list. I have not heard you talk about him in awhile and was just curious as to know what happened. Did he die or just vanish?

Unfortunately, the last time we saw Pumpkin Face was during October 2012.  He walked by Adam and me and he was clearly limping.

There was a widespread outbreak of H.D. in this area that year.  Tracy found Pumpkin Face’s skull later that year.  He apparently died from H.D.
