What herbicide should I use to control cedars?

Ive seen in your videos a blue liquid that you brush on tree stumps to kill trees, what kind of herbicide is that? I recently cut down a big cedar tree in one of my future food plots and want to get rid of the stump. Thanks and God bless!

Cedars that are cut below the lowest limb won’t sprout or continue to grow. I simply cut cedar trees/stumps off as close to the ground as possible and plant over them.
