What’s the best way to remove feral hogs?

This year I unfortunately have 5 wild hogs taking up residency on my property. What is the most effective way to get rid of them before they start multiplying?

Trapping is the the best method to remove hogs. My clients have had the best results with the Boar Buster traps.
I suggest you act quickly! With only five hogs you may be able to use a traditional trap and most state agencies will gladly loan traps for catching hogs! I recommend setting the trap correctly the first time as hogs learn quickly and are very difficult to get back in a trap if it misfires, etc.
Please never release a hog from a trap – don’t spread the problem!
