The “shed season” is here and Tracy and Crystal hit the woods searching for some big shed antlers. Grant then takes a closer look at the antlers to find clues about the health of each buck. Trapping season ended this week in Missouri and we went out with a bang! It’s been a tough winter for deer and turkey. These arctic like temperatures can certainly cause stress to a deer herd. We’ll share how we try to reduce some of the stress deer and turkey are experiencing and increase the fawn and poult production at our farm!

South Texas is loaded with mature bucks and other critters. Their style of hunting is different than ours, but we got to film piles of bucks and javelinas up close and personal. …and yes, a couple of arrows fly.
